서비스 이용약관 / Terms of Use

본 약관은 Turnkey X(“회사”)가 제공하는 모든 온라인 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다. 이용자는 회원가입 또는 서비스 이용 시 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

• 계정 정보의 정확성 유지 및 자격증명(비밀번호 등) 보호는 이용자 책임입니다.
• 무단 사용을 인지할 경우 즉시 회사에 통지해야 합니다.

• 미국 부동산 검색(MLS/IDX 연동), AI 투자 시뮬레이터, AI 모기지/사전승인, 마스터클래스, 자산관리, 개발 포털 등 모듈형 서비스로 제공됩니다.
• 일부 기능·중개·대출 관련 서비스는 제휴사 또는 미국 현지 법인(예: Turnkey Global Realty 등)에서 제공될 수 있습니다.

외부 API(예: IDX/MLS, ATTOM, Google Maps, 결제대행) 및 제3자 사이트 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 해당 서비스 약관·정책이 적용됩니다.

• AI 분석·시뮬레이션 결과는 학습 데이터·입력값·가정에 따른 추정치로, 투자/법률/세무/모기지 자문이 아닙니다.
• 수익률·가치·승인 여부를 보장하지 않으며, 최종 판단 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

• 매물 정보는 제공처 기준으로 지연·변경될 수 있으며, “신뢰할 수 있으나 보장되지 않음” 원칙이 적용됩니다.
• 표시된 매물 데이터는 개인적·비상업적 용도로만 이용할 수 있으며, 무단 복제·배포·스크래핑을 금지합니다.

인종, 피부색, 종교, 성별, 장애, 가족상태, 출신국가 등 차별을 조장하거나 불합리한 선별(레드라이닝 포함) 목적의 이용을 금지합니다.

• 자동화 수단을 통한 데이터 수집/스크래핑/리버스 엔지니어링
• 보안 침해, 서비스 방해(DDOS), 스팸/무단 광고
• 허위정보 입력, 타인의 권리 침해, 불법·차별적 목적의 이용

유료 서비스는 별도 고지된 요금·환불정책이 우선하며, 전자상거래법 등 관계법령을 준수합니다. 디지털 콘텐츠 특성상 이용 개시 후 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

• 사이트·로고·코드·디자인·콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자가 제출한 콘텐츠는 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서 사용·저장·수정·전시될 수 있는 비독점적 라이선스가 부여됩니다.

서비스는 “현 상태 그대로(AS IS)” 제공되며, 특정 목적 적합성, 비침해, 무오류에 대한 명시적/묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.

법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 회사는 간접·우발·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

이용자의 약관 위반 또는 불법행위로 인해 회사에 손해가 발생한 경우, 이용자는 회사 및 임직원·제휴사를 면책·배상해야 합니다.

회사는 약관 위반 시 사전 통지 후 계정 정지·해지할 수 있습니다. 중대한 위반·불법행위의 경우 즉시 조치할 수 있습니다.

이메일, 서비스 공지, 앱 알림 등 전자적 방식의 통지는 서면 통지와 동일한 효력을 가집니다.

중대한 변경 시 시행 7일 전 홈페이지 공지 및 이메일(선택)로 안내합니다. 변경 후 서비스 이용은 변경에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.

조항 일부가 무효여도 나머지는 계속 유효합니다. 회사는 사업 양도 등에서 권리·의무를 제3자에게 양도할 수 있습니다.

천재지변, 전쟁, 정부조치, 정전/망 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 이행 지연·불능에 책임지지 않습니다.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Turnkey X (“Company”) services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid features; minors must have parental consent.

• You are responsible for account accuracy and safeguarding credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Services include property search (IDX/MLS), AI investment simulator, AI mortgage & pre-approval, education, asset management, and development modules. Certain brokerage or lending services may be provided by licensed affiliates/partners (e.g., Turnkey Global Realty and lenders) subject to their own terms.

• AI outputs and calculators are informational estimates only and are not investment, legal, tax, or credit advice.
• No guarantees of returns, valuations, approvals, or outcomes are made. You are solely responsible for decisions.

• Listing data may be delayed or changed and is provided “as is,” deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
• Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes to identify properties consumers may be interested in; reproduction, distribution, or scraping is prohibited.
• Third-party services (e.g., ATTOM, Google Maps/Places, payment processors) are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to use the services for discriminatory purposes based on protected characteristics (race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, etc.). Redlining or discriminatory targeting is prohibited.

• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of access controls.
• No security interference, spam, unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No content that violates rights of others or applicable law.

Paid features are billed per posted pricing; refunds are governed by the applicable refund policy and law. Digital services may be non-refundable after access.

By submitting content, you grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and improving the services.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content; your use is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the services or users. You may stop using the services at any time.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable U.S. federal law.
• Binding Arbitration. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Venue: Gwinnett County, Georgia (or Atlanta metro). You waive jury trial.
• Class Action Waiver. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action.
• Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@turnkey-x.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified prior to effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Severability, assignment, and force majeure apply as customary. Electronic notices (email, in-product) have the same legal effect as written notices.
