Service availability and scope may vary depending on the customer’s request, applicable law and provider availability — some services are delivered by independent professional providers or partner organizations
Turnkey X provides information and helps connect customers with independent professional service providers and coordinate work based on customers’ requests
Providing information or referrals through Turnkey X does not by itself create a professional service agreement for legal, tax, financial, real estate brokerage or other specialist work — those services are performed by qualified professionals or organizations under separate agreements and applicable law
Turnkey X does not guarantee the professional judgment, schedule, fees or results of independent service providers
Users must provide accurate, lawful information and documents when requesting or using services, and cooperate with required submissions, review of contractual terms and fees, and compliance with applicable legal requirements
Users must act on their own behalf or as duly authorized representatives and must not infringe third parties’ privacy or rights
Where inaccurate information, missing documents or delayed cooperation causes services to be delayed or limited, users bear the resulting consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law
Turnkey X may introduce or connect customers with independent professionals, businesses or organizations at their request
The scope, contractual terms, fees and responsibilities of third-party services are governed by a separate agreement between the customer and provider — services and terms may change depending on the provider’s circumstances
Turnkey X does not guarantee the performance or results of independent service providers

Some Turnkey X consultations, referrals and support services may be subject to fees — scope, fees, payment terms and refund conditions are explained in advance or set out in a separate agreement
Turnkey X services are separate from those performed by independent professionals or third parties — fees, payments and refunds under a customer’s direct agreement with a provider follow that agreement and applicable law
Refunds for consultations already provided, completed referrals, work already performed and third-party costs actually incurred may be limited under the terms disclosed in advance and applicable law
If a service stops or does not produce the expected result for reasons not attributable to Turnkey X, such as a customer’s circumstances or change of mind, delayed documents, a third-party provider’s decision or a government refusal, those reasons alone do not require a refund for services already lawfully provided
This provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable law — separate refund terms for an individual service take precedence where applicable
Turnkey X processes users’ personal information according to its separately published Privacy Policy and applicable law
When customers request a referral or service coordination, necessary personal information may be provided to the relevant providers through lawful procedures
An independent provider’s privacy policy may apply to information that provider collects or processes separately
Trademarks, logos, designs, documents, content and other intellectual property on the Turnkey X website and related services belong to Turnkey X or their lawful rights holders
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use these materials without prior written permission
Rights to user-submitted materials remain with the rights holder — Turnkey X may use those materials as needed to provide and operate its services
Users must not engage in the following activities
1. Providing false information, forging documents or using services fraudulently

3. Requesting unlawful transactions or work, or violating applicable law

Notices and follow-up measures are governed by applicable law and individual service agreements
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey X provides website and platform information and services on an as-is and as-available basis
Unless expressly warranted otherwise, Turnkey X does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost business profits arising from use, inability to use, delay or interruption of its services
Users are liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage to Turnkey X caused by intentional or negligent breaches of these Terms, false information or forged documents, unlawful acts or infringement of third-party rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey X is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action or administrative delays, legal or policy changes, communication or system failures, or third-party service interruptions
These Terms and disputes relating to Turnkey X services are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law
Users must notify Turnkey X of a dispute in writing or by email, and the parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion
Disputes not resolved through discussion will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law
Turnkey X may revise these Terms when its operations, policies or applicable law change
Revised Terms apply from the effective date announced on the website — advance notice or consent procedures are provided where required by applicable law
If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey X provides information and services through its website and platform on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Except where expressly warranted otherwise, Turnkey X makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of its services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of business profits, arising out of or relating to the use, inability to use, delay, or interruption of its services.
Users shall be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages incurred by Turnkey X as a result of their intentional or negligent violations of these Terms, submission of false information or forged documents, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to Turnkey X services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, users shall notify Turnkey X in writing or by email, and the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through such discussions, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Georgia, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Turnkey X may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its business operations, policies, or applicable laws.
