Cookies & storage
How we use stored information to support the service and manage AI usage
Effective date · October 29, 2026
Accepting or rejecting cookies
Accepting the banner allows optional cookies for language preferences and Google Analytics visit statistics — neither is used before your choice; rejecting removes saved language preferences and this site’s Analytics cookies
You can still use the site and AI guidance after rejecting — cookies and storage needed for sign-in, security and request processing, and server-side AI usage counts, remain in use
You can accept or reject again at any time in Cookie settings — after rejecting, you can still change the language on the current page, but it will not be saved for your next visit
Choice record — tkx_cookie_choice keeps your accept or reject choice and its timestamp for up to 180 days — this essential preference record prevents repeated prompts and is not used for advertising tracking
We ask again when the choice record expires or is deleted — if your browser blocks cookies, it may be unable to save your choice and show the notice again on your next visit
Cookies and storage for your convenience
We may use cookies and browser storage to remember your language and reduce repeated input — optional storage is explained in advance and used only with your consent, separately from essential sign-in, security and temporary conversation storage
Google Analytics visit statistics
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to measure public-page visits and counts of consultation button clicks, form starts and confirmed submissions — the Google tag loads only after you accept optional cookies
Analytics cookies · _ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and last up to 180 days — rejecting in Cookie settings removes this site’s Analytics cookies and stops further collection
Consultation input, AI conversations, names, emails, phone numbers, account IDs, request numbers, CRM and account screens are not sent to Analytics — the consultation form reports only fixed stages, the public source page, button placement and interface language; queries, fragments and private tracking links are excluded
Ad personalization and Google signals are disabled, as is automatic measurement of form input, searches and outbound links — rejecting cookies does not affect AI limits or consultation requests
Learn how Google handles information at https://policies.google.com/privacy
Internal testing exclusions — visits by administrators, CRM staff and guest QA sessions are not sent; the tkx_analytics_internal cookie remembers an internal browser for up to 30 days to exclude logged-out testing and is not used for advertising tracking
Consultation measurement — only after consent, tkx-consult-analytics-v1 session storage keeps the public source page and button placement for up to 30 minutes; local values used to avoid duplicate counts of confirmed submissions in the same tab are not sent to Analytics
AI usage limits
Guests can use AI up to 5 times a day — members can use it up to 10 times a day and 30 times a month
Daily and monthly limits reset at the start of each day or calendar month, using the site’s time zone
Each request that starts AI processing counts as one use, even if it involves several AI operations — multiple-choice steps and ordinary page views do not count
A request may still count if an error occurs after AI processing has started
How we track usage
We do not create a separate tracking cookie for usage limits — usage is stored on the server against a keyed hash of your account ID if signed in, or your IP address if visiting as a guest
The usage counter stores this derived identifier instead of the original IP address or account ID — other records, such as server access logs, are covered by our Privacy Policy
Guests sharing an internet connection may share a usage limit — a different IP address may be treated as a different guest
Deleting cookies or browser storage does not reset usage already recorded on the server
Usage-limit records are set to expire 45 days after their last update. Daily and monthly allowances renew at the start of each day and month; expired records are removed by scheduled server cleanup.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in cookies keep you signed in and support security checks — their lifetime depends on the sign-in method and whether you choose to stay signed in
Language preference — the tkx_language cookie lasts up to 1 year — tkx-language in local storage remembers your Korean or English preference and has no automatic expiry, so it may remain until you clear it
Return after sign-in — tkx_review_auth_return stores the return address within this site for up to 30 minutes and is removed when the redirect is processed
Email verification — tkx_access_session links verification steps during registration or password reset and lasts for the browser session
Temporary chat storage — tkx-chat-v1-* keeps the current chat state, tkx-review-intake-v1 stores your consultation draft, and tkx-consult-request stores a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions
Session storage lasts for the tab’s session and is normally cleared when the tab closes — a browser’s session-restore feature may restore it
The storage above supports site functions — Google Analytics is a separate optional feature used only after consent, and we do not use advertising cookies
Automatic continuity · tkx-continuity-v1 session storage keeps unsent questions, consultation form input and save status — when sign-in or sign-up is confirmed, this data is saved to your account; consent checkboxes, passwords and verification codes are never transferred
Member consultation invitation · Selecting “Don’t show for 7 days” stores the selection time in the tkx_welcome30_snoozed cookie for up to 7 days. Close, X and the join button dismiss it on the current page only; it appears again after refreshing or returning — this is not used for advertising or visit tracking and applies even if optional cookies are rejected
Chat content is separate from usage counts
Your input and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate AI responses — member conversations and preparation answers are saved to your account so you can continue a previous chat
Daily and monthly limits apply to AI usage, not how long chat content is kept — clearing browser storage does not delete account-saved conversations or submitted consultation requests
To request access to or deletion of your conversations and personal information, contact info@turnkey-x.com
Keeping information entered before sign-in
Your previous conversation and input in this tab are automatically saved to your account when you sign in or sign up, whichever page you are on
Before it is saved to your account, this information stays in this tab — closing the tab or clearing site data may remove it, and it is not available in another browser or on another device
On a shared device, check that the conversation is yours before signing in — sign out and clear site data when you finish
Keep this tab open until saving is complete — if the connection drops, we keep your input here and retry automatically
Device use and protecting your information
You are responsible for managing access to your personal or shared device, screen visibility, passwords and signed-in sessions — avoid saving passwords or staying signed in on shared devices, and sign out and clear site data when you finish
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not responsible for exposure or misuse caused by your failure to secure a device or by another person’s use of it, where the company is not at fault — this does not exclude the company’s responsibility for its own fault or its statutory data-protection duties
How to clear or block storage
In your browser’s privacy, security or site-data settings, you can delete cookies and stored data for turnkey-x.com or restrict storage
Restricting storage may affect sign-in, email verification, language preferences and restoration of chats or consultation drafts
On a shared device, sign out and clear the site’s stored data when you finish
