Please do not submit Korean resident registration numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, financial account passwords or other sensitive information requiring special protection through general inquiry forms

3. Purposes of processing

Personal information may be processed for the following purposes

1. Receiving inquiries and providing consultations

2. Understanding service requests and explaining relevant services

3. Connecting users with professional service providers and coordinating work

4. Communicating with customers and supporting service delivery

5. Contracts, payments, settlement and customer support

6. Website operations, security and service improvement

7. Statistics and analysis permitted by law

8. Marketing and notices in accordance with applicable law

9. Legal compliance, dispute resolution and protection of rights

The company does not process personal information beyond the purposes of collection and the scope permitted by applicable law

4. Professional referrals and third-party disclosures

Turnkey X may provide relevant service information and help connect customers with independent professional service providers at their request

Personal information may be disclosed to real estate brokerages, attorneys, tax and accounting specialists, relocation providers, financial institutions, business support providers and other professional service providers in the course of delivering services

Third-party disclosures are made at the customer’s request, on a basis permitted by applicable law or with the required consent

The company does not share customers’ personal information at its discretion beyond what is needed to provide the requested service

An independent provider’s privacy policy may apply when that provider directly collects or processes personal information under a separate agreement or legal basis

The company fulfills its legal responsibilities for its own processing — responsibility for an independent provider’s separate processing is determined under applicable law

5. Outsourced processing

The company may use external providers for website operations, data storage, customer communications, payments, security and other service support

When outsourcing personal information processing, the company applies the contractual and administrative safeguards required by applicable law

Information about the providers used and the work entrusted to them is disclosed as required by applicable law

Transfers are limited to what is needed for requested consultations, service referrals, coordination, customer support and related system operations

The company provides the information or obtains the consent required for international transfers and implements appropriate safeguards

If a customer refuses or withdraws consent to an international transfer, services requiring that information may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law

7. Retention

The company retains personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected

Consultation, service request, contract, payment and customer support records may be retained as needed to perform the work, meet legal obligations and lawfully protect rights

Information may be retained where required by law or lawfully needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Retention periods depend on the information, service and applicable law — specific periods are disclosed where legally required

8. Deletion

When the processing purpose has been fulfilled or the retention period has ended, the company deletes information that is no longer needed in accordance with applicable law

Electronic information is deleted using appropriate methods, and paper documents are securely destroyed, for example by shredding

Information that must be retained by law may be managed separately for the required period

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent

The company may request additional information as needed to verify the requester’s identity and authority

Some requests may be limited for legal retention requirements, contractual performance, security, legal claims or other grounds recognized by law

The company handles requests according to the procedures and deadlines required by law and explains any restriction or refusal where necessary

10. Security safeguards

The company implements reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks of processing it

Safeguards may include access controls, account security, secure transmission, restricted access to information, backups and security reviews

The company takes reasonable steps to protect personal information but cannot guarantee the absolute security of internet transmission or electronic storage

This provision does not limit the company’s data protection obligations under applicable law

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The company may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, maintain security, improve usability and analyze service usage

When using external analytics or advertising tools, the company provides the notices, consent or opt-out procedures required by applicable law

Users can manage cookies through browser settings — restricting some cookies may affect website functions

We may use cookies and browser storage to remember your language and reduce repeated input — optional storage is explained in advance and used only with your consent, separately from essential sign-in, security and temporary conversation storage

Your previous conversation and input in this tab are automatically saved to your account when you sign in or sign up, whichever page you are on

Before it is saved to your account, this information stays in this tab — closing the tab or clearing site data may remove it, and it is not available in another browser or on another device

On a shared device, check that the conversation is yours before signing in — sign out and clear site data when you finish

You are responsible for managing access to your personal or shared device, screen visibility, passwords and signed-in sessions — avoid saving passwords or staying signed in on shared devices, and sign out and clear site data when you finish

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not responsible for exposure or misuse caused by your failure to secure a device or by another person’s use of it, where the company is not at fault — this does not exclude the company’s responsibility for its own fault or its statutory data-protection duties
